Industrial blends

By industrial blends (Prepared Edible Fat) we mean butter blends, AMF blends or cream blends.

We blend butter, AMF or cream with vegetable oil/fat. We can also add other ingredients like sugar to optimize:
·  functionality
·  taste
·  ease of use
·  price

Butter blends are produced using an in-line method with multiple dry and liquid ingredients.  

Application areas
There are numerous applications possible using our blends. A few examples are: margarine, ice cream and other dairy products, bakery products and chocolate.

Packing forms
The various products we supply come in tins, drums and bulk or in 10 – 25 kg PE foil wrapped blocks (in cartons). Frozen conditions are optional.
