Access to raw material
The quality of our product hinges on our ability to select the best raw materials. As part of the FrieslandCampina group, we have access to first grade milk fat.

High quality standard
As part of this Dutch dairy cooperative, we have a reliable supply chain. Traceability and food safety are important factors in our core values. We even take it one step further by introducing sustainable feeding programs, and stimulating outdoor grazing.

Effect of seasonal fluctuations
Seasonal fluctuations and the feeding patterns of our cows influence the functionality of butter, resulting in what we call winter butter and summer butter.

Winterbutter is slightly harder and finds it applications in laminated bakery products.

Summer butter has a softer character and is perfect to use as spreadable butter.
